Personal Training sessions with Russell Boorer

As your Personal Trainer I will create a personalised programme to meet your individual training objectives. You will get the opportunity to work one-on-one with a highly qualified fitness professional.  I will work rigorously to motivate you, encourage the practice of flawless exercise technique, and with 100% commitment from you, I will guarantee that you achieve your fitness goals.

I have worked in the health & fitness industry for over 9 years, gaining experience as a gym instructor, personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach. I have regularly attended workshops in Plyometrics, Programming for Sport, Speed, Agility and Weight Lifting for Sports Performance and am working towards becoming an accredited member of the UK Strength and Conditioning Association (UKSCA).

I specialise in the use of resistance training including Kinesis™ and free weights to help individuals of all levels of fitness and expertise, from complete beginners, accomplished athletes and those with a disability to realise their fitness potential.  I can tailor programmes to help you achieve your training objectives.
